The Developer, its partners, builders, contractors and associated team of consultants subscribe to the purpose and provisions of this Community Charter and concur as to the importance of the following principles for the creation and continued vitality of Claremont:

- To protect and enhance each resident’s financial investment in property
at Claremont.
- To provide unique opportunities for social activities that enriches personal, family and community life through congeniality and an overall spirit of goodwill.
- To minimize adverse environmental impacts, preserve the natural integrity of the land and create homes that complement their surroundings.
- To offer a variety of active and passive recreational activities to benefit
heart and soul.
- To promote the idea that a community’s greatest assets are its residents.
